SQUARE SHELL BATTERY MODULE PACK STANDARD LINE (AUTOMATIC)
This production line is a fully automated assembly line for prismatic battery modules and PACKs designed for residential and commercial & industrial (C&I) energy storage applications. It covers three core sections: cell pretreatment, module assembly & welding, and PACK final assembly.
The line integrates key processes such as cell OCV/IR testing, stacking and compression, steel strap banding, polarity detection with vision alignment, terminal cleaning, busbar welding, wire harness welding, and module insulation/withstand voltage testing. An optional MES traceability system can be integrated to enable full product traceability through data collection and line monitoring.
The line is suitable for typical prismatic energy storage systems such as 1S8 (100Ah for residential storage) and 1S13 (280Ah for commercial storage).

Product application areas
This line can achieve: OCV/IR testing of battery cells, stacking of tight steel strips, polarity detection visual addressing, pole cleaning, busbar welding, collection line welding, module insulation withstand voltage testing, etc. By selecting the MES management traceability system, product quality can be traced throughout the entire process through data collection and production line monitoring.
Cell Pretreatment Section:Handles cell loading, voltage and internal resistance (IR) testing, plasma cleaning, foam pad attachment, and cell flipping.

PACK Assembly Section:Includes lower casing cleaning, thermal glue dispensing, module insertion into casing, upper casing installation, copper busbar mounting, screw fastening, and installation of BMS board and related accessories.
