Standard line for square shell battery module PACK (semi-automatic)
This production line is a semi-automated assembly line for prismatic battery modules and PACKs designed for residential and commercial & industrial (C&I) energy storage applications. It covers the complete process chain including cell pretreatment, module stacking, laser welding, module insertion into enclosure, and final PACK testing. The line is suitable for typical prismatic energy storage modules such as 1S8 (100Ah for residential storage) and 1S13 (280Ah for commercial storage). With a three-stage modular layout (cell pretreatment section, module assembly section, and PACK assembly section), the line enables semi-automated batch production from prismatic cells to complete energy storage PACKs.
