STANDARD WIRE FOR SOFT PACK BATTERY MODULE
This production line is a fully automated assembly line for pouch battery modules and PACKs designed for the energy storage sector. It covers three core sections: cell handling & stacking, module welding & assembly, and PACK final assembly.
The line integrates a complete range of processes, including cell loading, voltage and internal resistance (IR) testing, plasma cleaning, foam pad attachment, cell flipping, terminal laser cleaning, laser welding of busbars, installation of wire harnesses and temperature sensors, thermal glue dispensing, module insertion into casing, and BMS board installation.
The line is suitable for pouch energy storage products with cell dimensions of L75–400 × W70–240 × T4–30 (mm) and module dimensions of L650 × W500 × H500 (mm).

Product application areas
It consists of three parts: battery cell processing stacking section, module welding assembly section, and PACK assembly section.
Cell Handling & Stacking Section:
This section performs cell loading, voltage and internal resistance (IR) testing, plasma cleaning, foam pad attachment, and cell flipping.
Module Welding & Assembly Section:
This section performs terminal laser cleaning, busbar attachment, laser welding of busbars, and installation of wire harnesses and temperature sensors.
PACK Assembly Section:
This section performs lower casing cleaning, thermal glue dispensing, module insertion into casing, upper casing cleaning, glue dispensing, and installation of BMS board and related accessories.
