The system includes 1 galvanometer, 1 6KW laser, 2 distance sensors, 2 copper nozzles, 2 extraction ducts, 1 chiller, and 1 dust collector, ensuring welding precision and stability while effectively controlling fume emissions. It delivers efficient and reliable welding for integrated plates in lithium battery module production lines.
Product application areas
After manually installing the integrated board module and arriving at the laser welding station, the equipment automatically performs laser welding on the module.
