Bright’s 2.5GWH Electrolyzer Intelligent Manufacturing Solution is designed for scalable alkaline electrolyzer production, compatible with 200-3000Nm³/h full-spec products. The solution covers complete process zones including vertical lathe machining, vertical milling machining, plate welding, nickel mesh welding, end plate machining, PPS cloth cutting, laser cutting, and final assembly. Featuring modular architecture with standardized interfaces, it integrates a DCS central control room, PLC control, and SIS/GDS five-layer safety protection system for full-process intelligent management.
