ELECTRODE FRAME TURNING & MILLING LINE
Bright’s Smart Production Line for Turning and Milling of Electrode Frame integrates turning, milling, precision inspection, and digitalization, compatible with φ1300-2500mm alkaline electrolyzer electrode frame machining. The line consists of loading, turning, dimension inspection, milling, and unloading stations, equipped with robotic systems, AGV/manual compatible loading interfaces, automatic dimension measurement, and centralized chip removal. Supporting automatic model switching with MES system and digital twin integration, it enables fully automated production from raw material to finished product, significantly improving efficiency and consistency.
