The standard equipment covers three major categories: component machining, component assembly, and precision inspection. The equipment portfolio includes intelligent vertical lathes/mills, ultrasonic cutting machines, 180° turnover machines, intelligent welding machines, precision positioning machines, weld rolling & grinding machines, final assembly turnover platforms, as well as electrode frame dimension measurement, kerosene leakage CCD inspection, and weld air tightness testing. Compatible with φ1300-2500mm, supporting programmable automatic parameter switching, and integrated with MES and digital twin capabilities, it enables electrolyzer manufacturing to achieve high consistency, reliability, and scalable efficient delivery.
