1. Front-end production line: pole frame feeding, vertical lathe processing line, vertical milling processing line, plate welding production line, and finished plate off the line;
2. Rear production line: plate feeding, plate nickel mesh welding production line, electrolyzer automatic assembly platform, electrolyzer assembly turning platform, electrolyzer assembly testing. The role of the pole frame and plate
The part welded with the milk convex plate is called the tongue plate, the outermost ring of the polar frame is the sealing area, and the inner ring of the polar frame is the assembly area of the diaphragm and the sealing gasket and the nickel mesh.
The plate is the supporting component of the alkaline electrolyzer, and its role is to support the electrode mesh and diaphragm, as well as conductive electricity.
